We ship from Singapore and fulfill orders both locally and internationally. Here’s what you need to know:
📦 Order Processing Times

In-stock, non-customized items: Ships within 3-5 working days

Custom/illustrated/personalised items: Ships within 7-10 working days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched
🌍 Shipping Rates & Times

Other Countries | 7–14 working days | Fedex/DHL/UPS (We will always check for the cheapest rate.) |
Note: Delays may occur during festive periods or unforeseen events.

We are not liable for:

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, email shasha@hadia.sg with:
