We ship from Singapore and fulfill orders both locally and internationally. Here’s what you need to know:


📦 Order Processing Times

  • In-stock, non-customized items: Ships within 3-5 working days

  • Custom/illustrated/personalised items: Ships within 7-10 working days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched


🌍 Shipping Rates & Times

Singapore 3-5 working days NinjaVan
Malaysia 3-6 working days NinjaVan
Other Countries 7–14 working days Fedex/DHL/UPS
(We will always check
for the cheapest rate.)

Note: Delays may occur during festive periods or unforeseen events.


📬 Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Parcels lost due to failed delivery attempts

  • Customs delays or import fees (for international orders)

Please contact your local courier or customs office directly if delays occur.


📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, email shasha@hadia.sg with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll help lodge a report with the courier and assist as best we can.
