📦 Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on https://hadia.sg and is issued by HADIA PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” “our”).


🔁 Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only and only if your item has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify:

  • Exchange must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date

  • You must provide photo and video proof clearly showing the issue

  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging


❌ No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as most of our items are custom-made or printed on demand.

Please double-check all personalization and order details before confirming your purchase.


🛠 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at shasha@hadia.sg with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos and videos clearly showing the defect

  2. If approved, return the item to:

    HADIA PTE. LTD.

    #11-243, Singapore 521634

    (Customers are responsible for return shipping)

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship a new replacement at no additional cost.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Orders with incorrect personalization entered by customer

  • Items damaged from misuse or wear and tear

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Change-of-mind returns
