All our products are shipped from Singapore. Local delivery is fast and reliable, and we offer international shipping too!
Do you offer customisation?
Yes! Many of our items like Spotify Music Plaques and Digital Photo Frames can be personalised with photos, illustrations, or names.
Please reach out to us if you would like a customised magnet speaker.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos, and we’ll make it right!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our personalised items are made uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns for them.
However, for our ready-stock items, we’re happy to offer a 30-day exchange!
How can I track my order?
For local deliveries, we work with a trusted courier that provides tracking—just be sure to include your phone number at checkout.
For international orders, we ship via FedEx. Kindly provide your complete mailing address to receive an accurate shipping rate!
How long will my order take to be processed and shipped?
We process all orders within 24 hours—excluding weekends (we need a little rest too!).
For personalised items, please allow extra time for illustration and printing.
For ready-stock items, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled!
